Client Objectives:

Millwood Lane Bungendore required a complete new build on a new subdivided block. The client wanted a modern family home which complimented the rural environment, and provided seperate spaces for both parents and their three adult children.

Scope of Work:

10 Millwood Lane is a new build featuring a modern and innovative architectural design with timeless finishes. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, Millwood Lane is a newly subdivided block in a rural and serene location. It was essential that this family home complimented the rural location, whilst adopting all the conveniences of modern living.
