Client Objectives:

Our client purchased this property with the intent of a tree change from Sydney. The cottage was purchased with the understanding of extensive repairs being required throughout the home due to mistreatment and water egress throughout.

Scope of Work:

Megham Building Services was engaged directly by the home owner, to design and refurbish the historic homestead. The aim of the design was to provide an open living and dining areas within the home. The project required specialist attention due to the nature of the existing features, and the extensive structural changes required to complete the clients desires, with experience of history/ heritage projects, Megham Building Services had the capabilities to make this project a success.

Achievements:

The completion of this project saw the once run down cottage, damaged through decades of miss treatment, transform into a stunning home full of life. This one of a kind homestead, built in the early 1900's has now been given a new life to serve our clients in their next journey.
