This property was originally purchased with the intent to, one day, complete an internal renovation. The idea of the renovation was to remove the existing outdated slate tiles and timber joinery, and change the outdated wallpapers and colour palette.

Megham Building Services was engaged directly by the home owner, to design and refurbish the outdated home. Since purchasing the property, the owners had a renovation vision for their ideal home and required the right builder to bring that vision to fruition.The renovation required a redesign of the kitchen, dining, living and entertainment areas. In addition, a complete upgrade was needed for the bathrooms and bedrooms, which included the installation of joinery to vanities and wardrobes.

The completion of this project saw the once dark and gloomy home with dead spaces, transform into a beautiful and functional home. This elegant home is now well lit, has additional purposeful spaces for all family members to enjoy for many years to come.
